First planting was in November 1999 and now the property has 14 acres under vine.
With 20 years experience in wine making, Andrew Thomson and Phillip Kettle are the senior winemakers from Precision wines, situated at Tubbarubba Road, Merricks North.
Veraison Restaurant & Cellar Door with its elegant, yet casual dining, delivers exceptional Modern Australian style food. The building features old bluestones, once former laneways of Melbourne, adding timeless character. Vast floor to ceiling windows allow you to take in the picturesque, rural outlook accompanied by native wildlife, while the stone fireplace makes for the perfect ambience. Local Executive Chef for over 17 years & proprietor of Veraison Restaurant Mark Poulter, uses only the best local produce, predominantly from the estate's extensive 1/2 acre organic kitchen garden.
