About Us

The  Frankston Visitor Information Centre opened in January 2007 and is located at 7N Pier Promenade the Frankston Waterfront (Melway Ref 100A A9).  

There is a large carpark with free parking and a wonderful playground nearby.  BBQ facilities are available in the park area, right alongside the beach and Kananook Creek.

We are open 7 days from 9:00am - 5:00pm (except Good Friday and Christmas Day).
