Many parking areas have spaces allocated for motorists who use wheelchairs, or have difficulty with mobility. A mobility map indicating these loctions is available from Frankston City Council. POW Parking
Ex-prisoners of war have the right to free parking within the municipality. By presenting relevant information, council will issue a permit for display on your vehicle.
Loading Zone
Loading zones may only be used by trucks, couriers and other delivery vehicles displaying appropriate signage as they load or offload passengers or goods.
