There is a large car park with parking available at $2.50 per hour, with a 4 hour limit. People that have a disabled pass (blue or green) may park in the specific disabled car parks for 4 hours for free and for those only stopping for a short amount of time there are 3 free half hour car parks available. Residents of the Frankston Municipality that have a foreshore paring permit may park for 4 hours for free (taking into account that your permit is displayed clearly on on your windscreen of your vehicle). Pleas note tickets machines only take coins.
Alongside the beach is a wonderful playground with BBQ facilities. Nearby this location is further BBQ facilities close to Kananook Creek. The annual Sand Sculpting exhibition is held in the reserve next to the Visitor Information Centre. We are a leisurely 10 minute stroll from Frankston train station. Head down Wells Street and take the lovely boardwalk south from the Lifesaving Club
