The Frankston Visitor Information Centre is currently assisted by 32 enthusiastic volunteers who service the front of house operations of the Centre.
Volunteers provide assistance with:
- Customer service
- Collection and data entry of statistics
- Brochure management
- Information research
- Ticket and retail sales
