The T'Gallant winemaking style is expressive. Kevin McCarthy's winemaking is artisan and pure, reflecting the character of the maritime Mornington Peninsula. Wines are made with European influences and often an Australian twist on well known European wine styles.

T'Gallant has everything to make the perfect day out, offering a unique style of Whites, Reds, Sparkling and their very own new variety of "Pinot G" – this is definitely a stop every wine lover should make.
T'Gallant also has two food offerings at the homestead - La Baracca Trattoria is open for lunch 7 days per week from 12.00 noon, commencing March 1st 2014. Spuntino Bar is open every day from 11.30 am for Roman styled, wood-fired pizza with passion until the end of summer!!
