Ventana is Frankston’s year-long intercultural arts program. The program is continuing to grow in diversity and art forms, and elevates a tapestry of incredibly rich cultures. The year-long arts program includes visual art exhibitions, performances, workshops and events; in addition to the two-day Ventana Precinct of live music, dance, performances, workshops and food – located at the annual summer Waterfront Festival.
