Mornington Racecourse will be transformed into a gastronomical ode to the region for Melbourne's most discerning locavores. Heroed on the menu will be Peninsula seafood, local beef, Red Hill Truffles, Boatshed Cheese,Tyabb Old Fine Herbs, all complemented by wines from the region's many wineries.

Usually home to silk-covered flanks and velocities of over 60km per hour, Mornington Racecourse will welcome a much more relaxed pace when it is transformed into a gastronomical ode to the region for Melbourne's most discerning locavores.

Pairing elegant rusticity with native greenery and flora, guests will appreciate the phenomenal views that reach north and east to the edge of the Peninsula, while enjoying a menu crafted by Mornington Racing Club Executive Chef Paul Stafford.

The food ethos will be simple - to showcase the phenomenal produce that is available on the Peninsula.
