On Saturday night see festival favourite, Touch Sensitive, as the Australian vibe –maker leads us into the fireworks display.

The ultimate triple-threat; as a producer, in-demand live performer and DJ, Michael Di Francesco under his moniker Touch Sensitive, is a treasured slashie for artists and audiences alike. Whether it’s remixing Rufus, collaborating with Flume or touring internationally with Flight Facilities, he is renowned as the man with an ear for hooks and impeccable taste.

After appearing at Splendour In The Grass, Falls Festival, The Plot, Laneway, Soundscape, Lost Paradise, Mountain Sounds, Perth’s CIRCO, Holy Ship, Splash House and more, touch Sensitive is a festival favourite. 

 

Sunshine & Disco Faith Choir SDFC NAVY 1

2016 saw the sun beam through the windows, while the music raised the hands of the masses, the hearts of revellers lit up in gold. It was the time Sunshine and Disco Faith Choir came into the world with open arms and voices, to change the way the people rejoiced.

With a desire to unite anthemic club tracks with uplifting gospel and soul vocals, Sunshine took to the streets endeavouring to bring her studio output to life with the grandiose affections of a choir. Fusing her infectious club-ready house and techno vision with a 12 piece choir, Sunshine brings an energy to the room unlike anyone else. 

Kylie Auldist 

Known as ‘the high priestess of Melbourne soul’, Kylie Auldist is the leading lady ofKylie Auldist multiple ARIA award nominated band The Bamboos & a celebrated solo artist in her own right.   From humble beginnings, Kylie has grown to become one of Australia’s most respected, versatile, and accomplished performers. She has twice won a coveted Music Victoria Award as well as providing vocals for the global smash hit ‘This Girl’ (Kungs vs Cookin’ on 3 Burners), which reached the top 100 in over 50 countries and has been streamed over 1 billion times on Spotify alone. 

Not just satisfied with fronting two incredible bands, she is also an in-demand house vocalist having provided vocals for collaborations with Boy George’s long-time producer Marc Vedo and underground club hits for Flevans, Aldo Vanucci & HAWK.   Kylie is a remarkable artist whose musical journey continues to expand and blossom the longer it progresses.

Felipe Baldomir

Coastal lndie-Folk singer/songwriter, Felipe Baldomir's music is a blend of Jack JohnsonFelipe Baldomir, Xavier Rudd and Tash Sultana - His coastal sound travels from the Folk world of open-tunings, harmonica and steady power beats, to an upbeat soundscape of groovy guitar riffs, loops, punchy saxophone runs, keys and warm vocals.

Since arriving in Sydney in 2018 he has converted a van into a 'rolling home & studio' and has been performing all around the country. From busking in the streets, playing backyard shows & supporting local musicians such as Jack Botts, Kim Churchill, The Dreggs, etc.; to headlining sold out shows all around Australia and playing at festivals such as NYE On The Hill, Roadtrip Festival, etc.

Cool Out Sun

Cool Out Sun have been turning heads all over thecoCool Out Sununtry with their debut single "Fire For (Fire Four)" rocking the airwaves earning attention on Triple J, Triple J Unearthed, FBI, RTR, PBS, and Three Triple RRR radio whilst the stunning visuals had living rooms turn dance floor. 

A creative project composed of the superpowers that are N'fa Jones, Sensible J,with friends Nui Moon, & Lamine Sonko the outfit effortlessly infuse multiculturalism with provocative rhythms. Afro funk with Hip Hop... It’s damn near impossible to stand still when some of Australia's most influential artists hit the stage.

Led by Maisie Everett, The Belair Lip Bombs' indie rock melodies paint stories of longing and self-discovery. Recorded in 2022 with engineer Nao Anzai, the album, 'Lush Life' masterfully entwines evocative narratives with indie arrangements, leaving an unforgettable mark in the indie music landscape. 

 

Matilda Pearl

20-year-old Australian songstress Matilda Pearl invites you into her explosive technicolourMatilda Pearl 2 sound and style, making music to make you move. There’s no sonic ingredient off limits in Matilda’s kitchen. Her music fliters through a kaleidoscope of disco, funk, rock and pop influences with confident lyrics to make you feel like that girl.

Matilda has been on a high for the last two years, performing across Victoria at festivals such as Land of Plenty and NYE on The Hill as well as supporting the likes of Client Liaison. Continuing to prove that she can’t be put into any box. Her last single, in ultimate power mode, is an ode to the Sex and City icon, bridging the gap between alt pop and indie rock.

A fresh and fiery rock outfit from the Mornington Peninsula, Sledgehammer Honey are three brothers and their close friend who have created a truly distinctive sound. They've quickly gained a dedicated local following and found their groove in Melbourne's underground music scene, thanks to their high-energy live shows and catchy, guitar driven tunes. Notably, they've headlined at some of Melbourne's top venues and shared the stage with rock legends like Kingswood and British India. 

Whistle and Trick

Melbourne based children’s band, Whistle and Trick is made up of childhood friendsWhistleAndTrick AlbumCover 4660x4660 Esther Holt and Maddy Kelly, who are always ready to sing, dance, and cause a bit of mischief. Released through ABC Music, their debut album ‘Bananas and Other Delicious Things’ has quickly launched them into the children’s music scene, earning them a 2023 Aria Nomination for best children’s album alongside renowned children’s music acts The Wiggles, Emma Memma, Peter Combe and Playschool. 

You can expect a Whistle & Trick live show to be high energy and get the whole family up and moving, and their special friends Frank the Monster and Melindu the Emu may also make an appearance!

Anthony LorenzoAnthony Lorenzo

Anthony Lorenzo is a 30 year old acoustic folksinger song writer from the Mornington Peninsula residing in Frankston.  His upbeat flare and originality is bound to get you up on your feet dancing the night away.

Mariah McCarthyTrio

Hailing from small town Heathcote and a darling of the thriving Bendigo musicMMA7 scene, Folk artist Mariah McCarthy is one of Central Victoria’s most prized possessions. With delicately woven songs rich in storytelling, Mariah broaches themes of love, loss, betrayal and tragedy with authenticity, and often haunting melancholy but always a glimmer of precious hope.

Mariah is joined by fellow singer/songwriters Ben Langdon and Cassie Ward. The seamless blend of Mariah and Cassie’s voices is something that can only be created through years of singing together, which for them began early on in primary school. With the addition of Ben’s smooth vocals and intricate guitar work, the trio creates something very special.

Sunday Lemonade

Nomadic duo Sunday Lemonade traverse the spectrum from heartfelt folk throughSunday Lemonade to powerful indie rock. Their songs provide a unique standpoint exploring observations of life on the road, friendships and introspection bottled up in optimism.

Since winning the ‘Emerging Artist’ award at Nannup Music Festival in 2020, Loz & Tyshave found themselves supporting Ash Grunwald, Steph Strings, Thirsty Merc & the Pierce Brothers, jumping on tour with 19Twenty and bouncing festival to festival alongside acts such as Little Georgia, The Bamboos, the Little Quirks and Tones & I. With their renowned infectious joy, authentic human-ness and ear-worm melodies weaved throughout their show, Sunday Lemonade are the perfect sugar hit, pick me upany day of the week!

The Grogans 

Genre-expanding outfit The Grogans are a trio of best friends from Melbourne who exploreThe Grogans nuanced manoeuvres in surf, punk, blues, garage, psych, rockabilly and reggae. Banding together in high school, Quin Grunden, Angus Vasic and Jordan Lewis shared their first official release Cacteyed in the summer of ‘16. The EP’s instantaneous and lasting reception was matched by the band’s playful successor Twangs n’ Cans the following year.

Their third EP Grogan Grove (2018) featured the outfit’s still lauded live favourite ‘Lemon To My Lime’ which has now clocked over four million Spotify streams and subsequently catapulted The Grogans to the top of the nation’s ones-to-watch list.

 

Cloe Terare 

Sweet, sour, pretty and brash… all at the same time it’s the best way to describe Toowoomba-CLOE 04 03 2023 59 Editbased artist Cloe Terare.Coming out late in 2021 with only her third single ‘Scotty (Beam Me Up)‘, a genre bouncing pop number that grabbed the attention of Triple J Unearthed, Spotify and landed in TikToks ‘Emerging Artist’ playlist.

In January 2022 CLOE's track ‘Cadillac’ was picked up by JJJ before she went on to be named their Unearthed Feature Artist as well as the first Feature Artist on The Music.com for 2022.Following her win at the QMA’s ’22 taking out the Billy Thorpe Scholarship, CLOE released the Deluxe version of ‘Burn Book’ with collaborators including Iiiconic, Safety Club and YesYou.


Maya Vice  

A vivid fusion of RnB, soul and electronic jazz, Maya Vice has an electric sound that mirrors herMAYA VICE   thumbnail 0m6a7733 copy Australian - African American - Austrian roots. With music that is a unique melting pot of styles and influences from across the globe, Maya has been DJing her original live show across Melbourne and has just released new projects including a live EP ‘Maya Vice To You’.

 

Horns of Leroy

Inspired bythe sounds of New Orleans and fused with the energy of the MelbourHornsofLeroy byLucySpartalis 14ne streets, Horns of Leroy hasearned themselves a reputation for delivering raucous shows built on strong foundations andinsatiable energy.

The group have performed hundredsof shows including at The Melbourne CricketGround (MCG), Splendour in the Grass; Dark Mofo, Hamer Hall, the Adelaide Cabaret Festival as well as Rod Laver Arena with Peking Duk.Releasing their debut self-titled studio record in 2016, then following it up with the release of the Lift Your Game EP in 2018, followed by Big Night in 2020 they’ve cemented longevity for themselves within an Australian music industry embracing music fluidity and change. 

The Brooke Miller Duo 

A young and diverse acoustic duo from the Mornington Peninsula, The Brooke MillerThe Brooke Miller Duo 2 Duo has extensive performance experience and training. Their chemistry is evident in their married harmonies and musical like-mindedness, with each performance being as unique and special as the one prior. 

 

This year we are excited to partner with the wonderful Fresh Frankston FReeZA committee. The ultimate youth development program, Fresh offers young people the chance to enjoy accessible and affordable all-ages live events in safe, inclusive, drug, smoke, and alcohol-free supervised venues.

On Saturday 10 February, they are proudly supporting several acts on the Waterfront Stage, including The Belair Lip Bombs, Matilda Pearl and Sledgehammer Honey

Fresh also operates a recording studio right here in Frankston which is a free resource for young audio engineers and musicians to record their original tracks in a professional space.
